Verde's Pizza & Pasta House

Last week my family traveled to Staten Island from Florida and when we asked the front desk at our hotel where we could get some great Italian food they sent us to Verde's. We're so grateful for that recommendation because that was the best Italian food I've had in over 15 years!! Obviously Florida isn't known for its Italian food but I'm originally from Long Island so I know what Italian food should be and this place is phenomenal. The Garlic Rolls melt in your mouth and the sauce they are served with is out of this world. We ordered Chicken Parm, Penne Ala Vodka and my Mom had the Fried Shrimp Appetizer. Everything was amazing. Before we left we were already selecting what we would be ordering for dinner. Unfortunately our plans ran late and we weren't able to make it back to the restaurant. The next day we had to fly home so we missed our opportunity to have more delicious food. Not sure when we will be able to get back to NY but we now know where to go for a fantastic meal. The staff was also so friendly and welcoming. We weren't sure where to park and a very nice gentleman even came outside to assist us. That's what I call above and beyond service. If you are local to the area then you are very lucky to have the opportunity to eat at Verde's whenever you like. I only wish they were in Florida too.

I always order food and also come to order food at Verde's Pizza & Pasta House. Never ever have I been disappointed! The food is delicious, always on point, outstanding customer service and outstanding delivery as well! I would rate it a 10 out of 5. I have been ordering for my company of over 70+ employees every other Friday and everyone loves the food and is always highly satisfied. Sebastian, the owner, is an amazing human being and a great person to work with. He is always asking for feedback to improve everything he does to continue providing the outstanding, amazing and delicious food and service he provides. The times I have come to pick up food to take home, the restaurant is nicely kept, clean, always see people eating here, great vibes and great ambiance! My wife loves their salads with grilled chicken, my kids love all their pizza and all my employees love all the food we order from Verde's Pizza! I have ordered pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, soups, salads, garlic knots, Hamburgers and all their food is amazingly delicious! Eyes closed, I would definitely and highly recommend anyone to come eat and buy food from here! Excellent food, excellent people to work with, outstanding customer service and a great place to eat!

I ordered the john Wayne deep dish pizza. It was delicious. The sauce really stood out to me and the crust was thick but not too thick and it was lite and airy. I will definitely try this place again the next time I'm in Staten island.

This is the place to go for pizza!! Their Vodka pizza is full of flavor! Don't forget to try their garlic knots, they are so good. Nice and crunchy in the outside and soft in the inside. Full of garlic flavor! The moment you walk in, you get treated like family! We came from San Diego and we felt at home being here. We will definitely be back!

My family and I ate there when staying at a hotel in the area. The owner welcomed us as soon as we entered and continued to chat with us and look after our needs the whole time we were there. The pizza was amazing - a crispy, airy crust with the right amount of toppings. If I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely be coming back!

We stopped in here to grab something to eat while visiting from out of state. The pizza was amazing. The slices are huge and the dough and crust was so good. I'd definitely recommend trying their pizza.
